Parking lot expanstion RFP 04-23-18
The Montachusett Regional Transit Authority is requesting proposals from contractors to install a new parking lot with storm water infiltration system (see attachment pg. C-3B) at it 1427R Water St. location. The proposed parking area is approximately 40,000 sqft which will require excavation, grading, storm water infiltration, and paving to complete. Attached are the approved plans for the project. Below is a description of some contractor responsibilities. Please note that all contractor responsibilities are detailed in the plans.
