Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC) Elevator Repair & Modernization
The Montachusett Regional Transit Authority is seeking qualified professionals to overhaul the existing elevator which services the Commuter Parking Garage at the Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC). The elevator is currently offline following flooding. The elevator is original and is in a condition requiring attention prior to a return to operations. The budget for this project is: $500,000. Bidders are asked to review the elevator and prioritize repairs based on condition and highest return on investment. The elevator is to be made safe and operational.
