MART Ayer Demo Project# RFR 10-13-2017 DEMO
The Montachusett Regional Transit Authority is requesting proposals from qualified contractors/vendors for the above RFR. The structure to be demolished is located at 70 Main St. in Ayer, Massachusetts toward the rear of the parking lot, nearest the MBTA platform. The structure is a single story, block building, with a flat roof. The estimated dimensions 100’L x 45’W x 12’H. There are two electric services and two gas meters that will need to be cut and capped.
