Project No. 5.11.22 Athol Depot Façade Restoration
Montachusett Regional Transit Authority (MART) is seeking qualified contractors for restoration of existing façade components, including, but not necessarily limited to, masonry replacement and repointing, cast stone replacement and crack repair, window and door restoration and replacement, steel furring, insulation and gypsum board assemblies of the Athol Depot located 573 South Street, Athol, MA 01331.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) document outlines instructions and format for proposals. Copies of the RFP document, Project Plan, Project Plans, and any subsequently issued addenda can be found below.
Proposals will be accepted until 12PM on June 1, 2022, and should be submitted via email to procurement@mart.com. Proposals received after the date and time specified above will be considered late. MART reserves the right to accept or to reject any and/or all Proposals.
